How this bot handles your data:

Where do my conversations go?
Into Genevieve's private project on Relevance AI, the platform we use to host and run her bots. They don't leave that project. They aren't shared with other companies, sold to advertisers, or visible to anyone outside Genevieve's team.

Can my conversations be tied back to me personally?
No. We never ask for your name or email when you chat. So even though conversations are stored in the dashboard, there's nothing in the system connecting them to a specific person. (If you type your own name or contact info into the chat itself, that information is in the conversation, but we don't collect any identifying data on our end.)

Does Relevance read my conversations?
No. Under their SOC 2 Type II compliance, only their executive team has any visibility into customer data, and they don't routinely review it. Their support team can only see anything if Genevieve explicitly invites them in for a specific issue, and she can revoke that access at any time.

Does the AI itself learn from me?
No. Relevance doesn't train models on your data. The underlying language models (GPT and Claude) run through their respective APIs with strict data-handling agreements. None of your conversations get used to train them either.

Does the bot remember me?
Yes. Your browser stores a small identifier (a cookie) that lets the bot recognize you across visits, so it can pick up where you left off. The conversation itself lives in Genevieve's private Relevance account, not on your device. Clear your cookies or use a different browser, and the bot won't recognize you.

Who looks at conversations on Genevieve's side?
Genevieve and her team review them so we know what's actually coming up for the people using the bots. That's how we keep the bots useful and tuned to what people need, instead of drifting away from what's actually being asked.

Security basics?
Relevance AI is SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES 256). Their infrastructure is isolated, regularly audited, and continuously scanned for vulnerabilities.

Can I have my conversations deleted?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll delete your conversation history from the system.
